OFSTED - COURT ORDER
We are pleased to report the following Court Order relating to the recent Ofsted report and the legal proceedings which followed:
· The inspection report published on 18 June 2019 and Ofsted’s covering letter of 5 June 2019 be quashed;
· The “inadequate” rating be quashed and the previous “outstanding” rating be reinstated until a further re-inspection is carried out; and
· Ofsted is to pay the School’s reasonable costs incurred in relation to the claim
So pleased for our outstanding pupils and outstanding teachers.
