Pre-reading/reading ahead for next term Read the rest of the Food Choice Section -pages 317-338 which covers: Sensory Evaluation Food labelling and marketing 3. Optional practical activities include: a) traditional tapas dishes b) churros c) plan, prepare and serve a savoury dish from a country of your choice Take photographs of any practical work as evidence and note the recipe/method. |
