The King David High School aims to foster young people who are curious, enthusiastic and have a genuine love of learning.
We offer a wide and varied extracurricular programme designed to enrich students’ experiences beyond the classroom. Activities take place before school, at lunchtime and after school, allowing all students to get involved in a way that fits around their day.
Our clubs include sports such as football, basketball, netball, badminton, swimming, cricket and trampolining, alongside activities that support wellbeing, including mindfulness sessions.
Students can also explore creative hobbies through opportunities such as orchestra, choir, drama rehearsals, art clubs, photography and film club. For students who enjoy problem-solving, we offer clubs including maths, physics, chess and board games.
We also encourage independent Extended Learning through reading, research and subject-specific enrichment to deepen knowledge and build confidence beyond lessons. Reading for fun and around school subjects fires students’ enthusiasm, improves their achievement, helps them take control of their own education and develops the independence that is the foundation for lifelong learning.
